CatalogDeck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CatalogDeck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability

CatalogDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
